NIFS India — from brochure site to lead engine
Teja Naik rebuilt nifsindia.net for the National Institute of Fire & Safety, Visakhapatnam, and wired its enquiries into an automated follow-up system. In the months following the early-2026 relaunch, organic enquiries grew from ~10 qualified enquiries/month by 340%. Google Search Console confirms the site now captures more than 500 searches a day across fire-and-safety course keywords, with full GA4 conversion tracking.

Agrowculture — a farm story told frame by frame
Teja Naik designed, built and shipped agrowculture.in for a hydroponic poly-house farm near Hyderabad in August 2026: a six-chapter scroll-driven brand story using frame-sequence video scrubbing — 84 desktop frames plus roughly 60%-lighter mobile frames — with WhatsApp and enquiry-form calls to action built for B2B lead generation.
